Dollar General is located at 166 Apache Avenue, Russell Springs, KY 42642 across from Russell County High School.  Russell Springs is a gateway to Lake Cumberland, one of the largest man-made lakes in the region, created by Wolf Creek Dam.  It is the largest city in the county.  This is a single-tenant retail building located just south of The Cumberland Parkway.  The 9,100 square foot building is located on 1.301 acres and has approximately 30 parking spaces.  Dollar General, Lessee, is under a long-term triple net lease.
